Here’s the interesting part. According to our insider – Bow Wow has privately ACCEPTED paternity (pending a blood test) and even AGREED to come to the hospital for the birth. Unfortunately because of the EMERGENCY NATURE to how little Shai was born – Bow didn’t make it.
