uesday night (February 7) at Gramercy Theatre in New York City, Krayzie Bone and Wish Bone performed the last show on the North American leg of their Bone Thugs-N-Harmony tour.

This was not a show about the “buzz” of an artist or group or even attending the concert as part of a fad or trend. This was a show for real fans of Bone Thugs and the music they’ve been releasing for the past 20 years.

The influence of Bone Thugs’ accomplishments, music, and legacy, was on display for the packed house in the place where Hip-Hop was of course birthed, New York City.

Fan favorites like “Thuggish Ruggish Bone,” “1st of Tha Month,” “Crossroads,” “I Tried,” “Days of Our Lives,” “Notorious Thugs,” “Look Into My Eyes,” and many more were performed throughout the night. Wish and Krayzie closed out the show by having all the fans in attendance throw their X’s in the air as the group performed one of their biggest records, “Crossroads.”

AllHipHop.com spoke to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony members, Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone, backstage about their love for New York, as well as the love New York has for them. They also touched on the global appreciation they get from fans, and why they chose to close out the tour in The Big Apple. Check Part 1 of our interview below:

Next, Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone talked about their “legend” status, inspiring the next generation of artists, how the relationship is with their Bone Thugs brothers now, and what the fans can expect from them musically in the future. Check out Part 2 of our interview below:
