Two men in their 20s were shot and killed in the city of Cleveland late Thursday night.
Police received a call for a man down on a dirt bike in the 17000 block of Throckley Avenue just before 11 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found two victims with gunshot wounds and two dirt bikes.
