Who will have the most-talked-about cypher at this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards? The hotly-anticipated lineup has been revealed.
Following past posse cyphers from TDE and Shady Records, Wiz Khalifa will step to the mic with his Taylor Gang members Juicy J, Ty Dolla $ign, Tuki Carter, Berner, and Chevy Woods.
Following her release from jail last month, Remy Ma will represent alongside her fellow females Lil Mama, Snow Tha Product, and Dreezy.
Other cypher participants include Papoose, G-Eazy, Troy Ave, Kevin Gates, David Banner, Logic, Genesis, Vic Mensa, Loaded Lux, Dee-1, Detroit Che, DJ Scratch, Treach, King Los, Corey Charron, T-Rex, Rain 910, Tsu Surf, Goodz, Dillon Cooper, Two-9, Andy Mineo, Jarren Benton, Emilio Rojas, and Conceited.
In addition to the cyphers, expect performances from T.I., Common, Birdman, YG, DJ Mustard, Rich Homie Quan, Bobby Shmurda, Young Thug, Vince Staples, Jay Electronica, Migos, Rae Sremmurd, and TeeFlii.
Snoop Dogg will once again host, while Nelly and Teyana Taylor present. Doug E. Fresh will be honored with the “I Am Hip Hop Icon” award.
Drake leads the nominations at the ninth annual show, which will be taped on September 20 in Atlanta, and will premiere October 14 at 8 p.m. ET.
