UPDATE: The 16-year-old died this morning.

(blackmediaSCOOP) Several shots rang out from a handgun during a large fight near an outdoor concert venue in Cleveland, leaving four people wounded after a “Unity in the Park” festival featuring funk music artist George Clinton, police said Sunday.

When cops arrived they found 4 victims that had been shot.

After talking with witnesses, police learned that there was a large fight and someone pulled a handgun and started firing shots into the crowd.

A 16-year-old was shot in the head, a 20-year-old was shot in the neck, and a 14 and 23-year-old were shot in the leg.
