Just when things start to be looking up for Beanie Sigel, he gets caught up in some nonsense. Beans was arrested in 2009 for failing to file taxes from 2002 to 2004. The period he failed to file taxes was when he was most famous as a Roc-A-Fella artist. Beanie Sigel plead guilty to those tax evasion charges and must now face the music.
Beans will face a judge for sentencing on Thursday (April 12th) to see if he will have to serve jail time. It would be troubling if Beans has to serve time because he just signed a deal with EMI and has plans to drop a mixtape later in the year. Good luck, Beanie!
