Chris Brown was slated to release his fifth studio album,Fortune on May 8th, however the “F*ck This City Up” singer has chosen to push the release back to June 26th. This doesn’t seem like a timid artist who’s afraid of a flop. This is more of a, “Let’s hit the summer…hard.”
The album was initially supposed to hit the shelves in March, however, holding off until this summer may prove itself to be a challenge for Breezy. He’ll be in direct competition with Justin Bieber and Usher–who also have projects coming out this summer. Maybe that’s what Chris Brown’s people thinks he needs–a reminder that he’s got to bring it or be left behind.
