Fabolous has had to deny reports that his mother has passed away after reports of her death went viral.
The bemused ‘Throw It In The Bag’ rapper took to Twitter to clarify that his mother is alive and well, and added that a caption he left on Instagram page, accompanied with a picture of him and his mum, had been misconstrued.
“Fyi my MOM did not die.. Keep seeing tweets sayin RIP to my mom.. Think some ppl misunderstood my instagram pic’s caption… ,” the Brooklyn native said.
MediaTakeOut reported on their website that “Fabolous’ mother passed away after a fairly long illness”, after the image in question emerged on his Instagram page with the caption: “She held on as long as she could… My mom.”
Let’s hope that will put an end to these awful rumours.
