Though Andrew Bynum has moved on to Philly, he still has some problems in Cali. He’s suing his old neighbors for being racist.
So back when Bynum lived in Westchester, California, he had some serious issues with his neighbors. He’s suing Ramond and Cindy Beckett for “chipping the paint of his Ferrari, screaming at him for his taste in music and hitting his house with a stick.” He says they’re racist.
Apparently, it’s because the Becketts don’t approve of Bynum’s “profession, his race, his friends, his cars and his taste in music.”
So…do they approve of his hair…?
Anyway, the Becketts have countersued, claiming they’re not racist; Bynum is just a horrible neighbor. BlackMediaScoop has a list of some of their complaints:
Brandishing firearms in an attempt to intimidate the Becketts;
Apparently using drugs and allowing weed smoke to drift next door;
Blasting loud, profane rap music (including the song “Currency” by Trina);
Blasting his video games at “window-shaking volumes”;
Letting his dogs run loose through the neighborhood;
Constantly racing his luxury cars at dangerous speeds.
After filing the suit, the Becketts moved. Dang…they mad.
I got a question. Bynum is rich, right..? How close are these houses if the neighbors can smell the weed they smoke…?
I got another question. If Bynum was brandishing firearms to intimidate the Becketts, why didn’t they call the police…?
