Chris Brown has filed a countersuit against a woman who claims she damaged her knee when he pushed her to the ground at a club.

The singer was sued by Deanna Gines, who alleged she suffered injury to her right knee in June when he caused her to hit the deck outside Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, Calif.

In the countersuit, Breezy accuses Gines of lying when she appeared on “TMZ Live” days after the alleged incident and said she had been assaulted. He goes on to claim he never had any contact with the “heavily intoxicated” woman and was surrounded by security for the entire night.

The documents further allege Gines was “confused” over which knee she injured and had been walking fine all night, and also accuses her of swearing at club staff.

Following the alleged incident, the owner of Heat Ultra Lounge defended Brown, telling TMZ: “Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at Heat on Saturday night, it is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false.”

The owner also claims Deanna repeatedly tried to jump on stage while Chris performed at the club and later attempted to sneak past security who guarded the roped-off VIP section where the singer spent the rest of his evening.
