A protest that started in Public Square Tuesday evening ended with demonstrators blocking the Shoreway during rush hour.
The group of hundreds was protesting a grand jury’s decision not to indict an officer in Ferguson, Missouri in the shooting death of Michael Brown , 18 . Protestors were also angry over the death of 12 year -old Tamir Rice, who was shot and killed by Cleveland police over the weekend.
