Tamara Zhane Harvey, 56, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure last week after she lifted her shirt up and then pulled down her pants in front of lawn care workers, Des Moines Register reports.
Eyewitnesses claim you could see her “breasts, genitals, and backside,” but conflicting reports from KCCI say she was at least wearing underwear….
