I’d like to start off this morning by saying I’ve never had a Netflix n’ chill session that lasted for three days. Ever.
So whether this guy had something to do with Hakeem getting kidnapped or not, let’s take the time to acknowledge a true accomplishment.
I mean, he had Cookie laid up for 72 hours, he’s the real MVP.
Moving on, it’s always impressive how easy it is for the heads of the Lyon family to draw out perfect takes from their artists. \
First, Lucious is able to coach Betty Barz in her best run in the “Boom, Boom” track that won’t go away.
Then we have Cookie assisting Jamal via text, while he prepares for the deadline hanging over his head.
It shows how gifted they both truly are in their craft. If they would only put their differances aside and join forces, they would be a powerful duo again.
But then again, we wouldn’t have much to talk about Thursday mornings, so maybe it’s better this way.
