Patti Labelle Admits Viral Video Helped #PattiPies Sell Out
After denying that flamboyant pie reviewer James Wright Chanel had anything to do with the overnight success of her $3.49 sweet potato pies, Patti hit up a Good Day Philadelphia to change her tune. She admitted that Chanel literally singing the praises of her #PattiPies is what has them flying off the shelves at Wal-Mart at lightening speed, and said that as a result, he will be joining her for Thanksgiving dinner this year to taste some more of her homemade cuisine.
