Funkmaster Flex just premiered another new remix of “All the Way Up” with Meek Mill and Fabolous, and Meek is taking direct shots at Drake on this. Hear it above.

“This is hip-hop, you ain’t write it don’t record it / I donno how they get down across the border,” raps Meek a couple lines after saying he’s the only rapper to go Gold without a verse from Hov.

It seemed like Meek was ready to put the beef behind him after avoiding any mention of Drake on his “Trap Vibes” freestyle, but he seems hellbent on proving Drake isn’t all he’s cracked up to be. The public seems to have already decided that Drake won, so it’s confusing to hear Meek come back and rehash a year-old beef. It might be better if he just focused on Dreamchasers 4 and left Drizzy alone. He even got a breath of new energy by winning the Billboard award for Top Rap Album of the Year this week.

With Meek on house arrest, he’s been accruing street cred by the day while Drake surges further into pop star territory. When DC4 drops he’s got a legit chance of wiping the entire memory of the Drake beef from hip-hop’s fickle memory, but as long as he keeps bringing it up, people are still gonna get off these jokes about Ls and such.

Hear the remix up top and get ready for DC4 to impact.
