This week’s Bye Girl Award goes to Monique Bibbs of Oklahoma:
A 3-month-old is in the hospital while her mother 36-year-old Monique Bibbs was arrested for accidentally mixing alcohol with formula in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Bibbs told police they had put vodka in a water bottle from partying the night before, but the next morning she accidentally grabbed the water bottle with vodka in it and made a bottle for the baby.
They say the baby’s blood alcohol level was .19 percent. The legal limit for adults is .08 percent.
