Diddy is hosting a huge post-Grammy party on February 12 at the Playboy Mansion, and The Insider is reporting that Jay-Z and Beyonce are expected to attend! This will be their first public appearance together since the birth of Blue Ivy Carter. I’m anxious to see if Beyonce’s body is bouncing back like her little sis Solange’s did, or if she’s going to be even curvier than before.

Last week, rumors were circulating that a ticket to the party came with a $50,000 price tag! Those with that type of money to burn will party in the ‘Monster Cabana’ which comes with “security, privacy, and exclusivity at this event.” The ticket also comes with 20 VIP admissions and the cabana can hold up to 30 people. And, to top it off, those who buy the package also receive dinner, open bar, free bottle service all night long, and “fifteen dedicated female promotional models.” Snazzy!

In Touch Weekly is reporting that Diddy is trying to make the party more accessible for the masses by offering lower-priced tickets, which retail for $1,500 and cover general admission. Other tickets are available for $2,500, $7,500, $15,000, and $25,000.

Deion Sanders Only Wants To Give His Ex-Wife Pilar Money For SEX!

Pilar Sanders claims Deion Sanders cut out her cash flow and has only offered to give her money if she has sex with him!

In new court papers filed in an emergency motion in a Texas courtroom Pilar claims,

“Since [Deion] filed for divorce on December 21, 2011, he has given [Pilar] $300.00 and offered her money in exchange for sexual favors.”

So what did she do? She supposedly turned down the money.

Pilar wants the judge to make Deion come up off some money ASAP saying,

“The children and I have lived in survival mode for several months, and the emotional toll on all of us is palpable.”

But it gets worse. She also said Deion “engaged in a pattern of systematically removing my belongings from the house and haphazardly throwing them into piles in the garage of the residence.”

So how much does she want? Pilar claims Deion makes more than $1 million per year, so she wants a cut of that.

OH LAWD! : “Preacher Wives” Reality Show Coming To A TV Near You

As if there aren’t already enough urban reality shows based in Atlanta, True Entertainment is about to bring to light a lot of “church drama” in a new reality series called ”Preacher Wives.”

The show will follow the “First Ladies” of Atlanta area churches as they play out their roles in the congregation and at home.

Talking about the show, True Entertainment president Steven Weinstock said,

“We are excited to work with TLC to profile the lives of these strong-willed women. With most praise in religious communities directed towards male preachers, we are thrilled to give these remarkable ladies the spotlight they crave and deserve.”

VIDEO: Cash Money Founders Birdman & His Brother Slim Sued For Sexual Assault

Cash Money Records founders Bryan “Birdman” Williams and Ronald “Slim” Williams are being sued over a sexual assault that took place in an Atlanta recording studio. Nicole Westmoreland says Cash Money is responsible for the attack she suffered at the hands of a man named Alfred Cleveland.

According to MyFoxAtlanta.com, Westmoreland claims Birdman invited her to the studio one day to deliver a business presentation. Westmoreland says she went to use the bathroom while at the studio, at which time she was assaulted by Cleveland. Cleveland was allegedly an associate of Birdman and Slim’s, and is currently in prison for the attack. Westmoreland alleges that Cash Money eventually offered her 100-thousand dollars to remain quiet. She says they then threatened to kill her if she didn’t drop the case.

TWITTER BEEF!: Evelyn Goes In On Jennifer Over Nene Leaks?!

Sooooo the twitter beef all started because of this interview Jennifer did with Sister 2 Sister Magazine:

Let me tell you what she’s mad over ‘cause this always comes up. She hates the fact that I’m really good friends with NeNe [Leakes], and she hates the fact that me and Mashonda are good friends. I feel like it’s all coming from a place of hurt, and she’s turning it into anger.

Why do you care who I’m friends with? Like, that’s ridiculous. I live in New York. You live in Miami. I don’t care who you hang out with. I’m kinda over it because I just feel like I’m at a point at my life where I’m trying to get rid of negative energy,” she said. “To me, I feel like it’s something so minuscule. It’s not like I slept with Chad. It’s not something irreparable. It’s something stupid that you’re mad over. If you really are mad because I have other friends, I think that’s completely ridiculous.

I don’t say anything to her, and she doesn’t say anything to me. I think it’s always unfortunate when you have so much history with a person for so long and then something stupid happens.

NeNe is such a good person. I don’t think you really find a lot of people in the same business that you bond with because I feel like everyone is so competitive and everybody is so worried about the next person doing more than them, and it’s not like that with her at all. She’s always trying to encourage me. She’s just always trying to uplift me, and I need people like that around me. I love that about her. There’s no jealousy. There’s no competition. We try to complement each other.

I don’t pick my friends based on if they’re on a TV show or what they do, if they’re a celebrity. [NeNe] and I have something in common, and the same with Mashonda. It’s a real friendship. We don’t have to tweet each other every day. It’s genuine. We really do have a friendship outside of TV and all this.

Then I guess Evelyn read what Jennifer said when it hit the web and this is the what Ev had to say about it on twitter:

We Like To Party!: Starbucks To Start Serving Alcoholic Beverages!

Starbucks already has several alcohol selling cafes in Oregon and in Washington. They’ve limited the selling of alcohol in these cafes to the evening and it is still generating major surplus. Beer in the cafes cost around $5 per bottle and wine costs around $9 per bottle.

According to Reuters, Starbucks wants to create of more surplus as it announced Monday its plans to start selling alcohol in up to 12 cafes in both Southern California, Atlanta and in Chicago.

Starbuck’s senior Vice President of U.S. Operations told Reuters that Starbucks is “just a natural place for people to connect and unwind.”

She also added that Starbucks doesn’t plan to sell alcohol in all of its restaurants around the world, just a selected few.

Many people are not happy about Starbuck’s new venture. Sarah Mart, who is the research director for the California-based group Alcohol Justice said: “The more places that open, the more risk there is of alcohol-related harm.”

Other critics, such as analyst Jack Russo, are concerned with Starbucks staying focused on their core business, which is to provide tasty drinks and food during breakfast and lunch hours. Jack said:

“I’d prefer to see the company be more focused. You can’t be all things to all people…”

Starbucks appears to be determined to make their mark on the alcohol industry. It doesn’t seem like they are going to allow critics to stop them.

Chelsea Handler decided to air out all her dirty laundry in regards to her little fling with 50 Cent (which I thought was fake until now). She went on Howard Stern’t morning show and spilled all the details including how the sex was and that the reason for them splitting was his ex…Ciara!

On if 50 Cent was the First Black Guy She’s Dated

No, I dated black guys in high school and stuff. I’ve always had a little thing for black guys. I really don’t know what it is, but I think it runs in my family. My dad likes black women. I inherited the gene. Black guys are very, very masculine, and I really like that. That’s the aspect that I like. I like guys that are in charge.

On How She Was Pursued by 50 Cent
This is how it started, he was on my show. He was cute, and you know I flirt with all the cute guys on my show. And I thought he was just adorable. Then, he started sending me flowers but ridiculous amounts of like 50 white roses, and it was like laughable. I was like, “Get these out of my office! This is so embarrassing.” Then he started to call my office, and my assistant was like, “50 Cent is calling and I swear I think it is him.” And I’m like, “Oh, my God.” So I got on the phone, and he’s not like a grammatical genius and it’s kind of like silly. You should’ve seen some of the texts he used to send me. I’m like, “This is so stupid.” He said some silly line, but it was very cute and I was like, “He’s sweet. He’s not carrying a gun right now.”

I was going to Nashville I think to do a show; I was on tour for my last book. I said, “I’m going to Nashville.” He said, “I was in L.A, and I was trying to get a hold of you, but I’m in New York now.” I told him, “I’m going to Nashville this weekend,” and he said “Can I meet you there?” I was like, “Yeah, why not?” So he came to Nashville to my show. Then, we had sex. Then, he moved to L.A because he was tape recording so we kind of saw each other for a few of months.

We went out. We dated. We had sex. My friends all loved him. My friends fell in love with him. They we’re like, “This huge gangster guy is like the sweetest.” So we dated for a couple months. And this is the best part, he was going to come with my family, because I was going to Anguilla, to go to Christmas vacation, and I go someplace every year with some of my family. He had met my family in Newark–he would come to see a lot of shows, and he would come and meet me a lot of places.

On Why They Broke Up
It was so dumb. it’s almost embarrassing. I really can’t remember the exact the details, but I’ll tell you what I can remember. I think one of his ex-girlfriends was coming on my show and she’s one of those singers -I can’t remember her name. She’s really hot. He was dating her I guess previous to me.

Right before Anguilla, Ciara–that’s her name!–was coming on the show, and he called me to tell me something about her like she still calls him all the time, and she still tells him that she loves him or something. And I’m at my job, and I go “Curtis, honestly this is like eighth grade sh*t. Why are you telling me this? This girl is coming on the show tomorrow, and now I have to look at her and think you guys have some weird thing going on or had going on.” It was so juvenile. I’m at my work and I work my ass off all the time, and I have million different things and even though it’s not like important work, I am working hard. I’m doing sh*t. He said, “I want you to hear this conversation” and he was like calling someone like a 3-way phone call. I go, “So you’re telling me this girl wants to get back together with you, but she’s upset that you’re dating me, is that what you’re saying?” He’s like, “Yeah, so I just want you to know when she comes.”

I think I called him the worst thing you could say to a black person short of calling him the N-word. I said something like you’re like a street person basically. Something along the lines of being a gangster, and it was really, really offensive and I hung up and I’ve never spoken to him again.

Did he try to call you after that?
When I told my friends what I said they were like, “You will never hear from him. This is like a proud black man you basically tore apart and put to shame.” We were going to Anguilla. He had his ticket, and he was coming. I was going with my family and I kept saying, “I wonder if he’s going to just show up” and they’re like “No, Chelsea he’s not going to show up. He’s never going to speak to you again. You totally insulted him.” I don’t remember the term I used, but it was equivalent to saying you’re a street person.

Did you say he was ghetto?
I said something like that. I said, “You have no business even talking to someone like me,” and it was very mean. Obviously, he never showed up to Anguilla, which is actually better because he couldn’t swim, so I didn’t understand why he was coming in the first place.

When you went over his house there was a lot of black people and you were the only white girl?
Yeah, he was renting a house in Hollywood and I live in Los Angeles, so he was renting a house. He was doing an album. He’s very clean cut, and I don’t know if he was lying to me but he doesn’t do drugs, he doesn’t even drink alcohol, he doesn’t smoke pot, he doesn’t do anything I like. I thought that was refreshing, and I was like “Oh, that’s fun.” I smoke pot once in a while. But yeah I’d smoke around him, but he never wanted to. There’s always someone around me that’s got pot, so it’s not like that hard to come by.

He’s actually a lot different than you would think. He’s very sweet. He’s really sweet. He’s got this great big smile and his energy is just –he’s like a big black teddy bear and you just kind of want to jump on him

On having sex with 50
The sex was okay. It was just normal. It was fine. It wasn’t mind blowing … I’ve had much better sex with other people, but it was good.

On if she saw herself being in a long-term relationship with 50
First of all, I really try to avoid dating another celebrity because I feel like that world is just a mess. It’s just not real and it’s very hard to maintain a relationship when you’re married or get involved with another celebrity. It’s fun for a little hook-up, but it’s not ever going to be something serious … but I definitely didn’t have sex with 50 cent for attention.

He’s said nice things about me and I have nice things to say about him because I do think he’s a really nice guy and smart in a certain way. It was obviously not going to be a long-term relationship.

When Beyonce gave birth to her and Jay-Z’s first baby, Blue Ivy Carter, we were sure thatPeople magazine would have hopped all over that deal.

They’ve shelled out the big bucks for baby photos before, so why should Bey and Jay’s offspring be any different? They were the first magazine to show off Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins, Knox and Vivienne. In addition, several high profile celebrities have also sold the first pictures of their new babies.

Jessica Alba would know all about selling off her first daughter, Honor’s baby photos. She had a deal with OK! magazine for the first pics that scored her a whopping $1.5 million. Now, it’s being rumored that the first pictures of Blue Ivy could net the Carters a cool $14 million!

Jessica said, “For our family, we just wanted to control the experience. We put the money that the picture made into a bank account for Honor to do whatever she wants to do with. It’s herpicture, it’s her birth, and we didn’t want it to be like a weird thing when we were walking out ofthe house for the first time.”

She went on to say, “If there’s a price tag on your child – which is so bizarre – people will go to crazy lengths. We wanted to avoid that hysteria.”

On the topic of Beyonce’s new addition, she added, “To each his own. The biggest thing is having a healthy baby. I’m sure Beyonce will make the best decision for her family.”
