Kris Humphries On Kim K Marriage: “It Was All For TV!”

In this week’s tell me something I don’t know news, Kris Humphries and his lawyers, Lee Hutton, plan on exposing Kim Kardashian’s decision to marry Humphries as a ploy to boost ratings of her hit E! reality show. In order to do so, Humphries’ attorney must claim fraud as the reason for the dissolution of the Kardashian-Humphries 72 day union.

Though Kris Humphries’ claims have merit, he might not see the outcome he’s hoping for. Humphries did agree to propose to Kardashian and he has become more popular since marrying and separating from the businesswoman.

Kris Humphries needs to thank Kim Kardashian for breaking his heart and making him famous in the process. He wasn’t a star basketball player before Kim and now he can command more money. Take the L, Kris. Collect your residual paper and have a seat.

Cee-Lo stole the show last night as he performed beside pop icon Madonna! Cee-Lo assisted in shattering Madge’s “Like A Prayer,” by hitting a game-changing high note.

“It was awesome. A very, very, very wonderful, monumental experience to be a part of,” Cee Lo said during his appearance on the “Today” show on Monday morning. “Madonna definitely knows how to put on a wonderful show, but it was a great production. She did a great job.”

Saturday afternoon, a flash mob took over Times Square in New York City to honor the memory of “Soul Train” creator Don Cornelius. Playing 70′s classics like The Jackson Five’s “Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough”, some fans really got into the spirit by donning Afro wigs and roller skates and grooved down the now classic “soul train” line.

Cornelius, 75, was found dead in his Los Angeles home this past Wednesday, reportedly from an apparent suicide.

Last night the actress/singer was caught on camera by TMZ having dinner with former boy toy Ray J at Le Petit Four restaurant in West Hollywood. After their meal, Ray J gallantly opened the passenger side door open for Whitney before driving away.

“That really is our plight, especially as women of color,” she says. “You can have all the training in the world, come from a respectable background and yet never get that big opportunity that breaks you out—never.”

In a sit-down interview with The Grio’s Chris Witherspoon, actor Denzel Washington shared his views on the invisible ceiling black actors and directors hit when it comes to funding black films.

“Tyler Perry can make movies up to a certain budget, and then he hits a ceiling….it’s more they (Hollywood) don’t want to take a chance. Because this town, black or white, they’re just bean counters. They’re just crunching the numbers.”

Washington, who just wrapped up filming Flight with director Robert Zemeckis (“Forrest Gump”), admits that Paramount Studios only gave the project a mere $32 million budget because of the movie’s somber subject matter–Denzel’s character is an alcoholic airline pilot.

New Tyler Perry Movie Casts Romeo

Romeo joins the cast that features Eugene Levy, Denise Richards, and Tyler Perry. Shooting starts next week in Atlanta.
