Grammy Award winning superstars Maxwell and Jill Scott will kick off their 20-city U.S. arena tour on May 21st in Cleveland with additional dates to be announced through June. Singer and songwriter Maxwell is catapulting off his two recent Grammy Awards and his number one, platinum ‘BLACKsummers’night’ (Columbia), which dominated year-end critics lists. Grammy Award winning singer Jill Scott will be performing hits spanning her 10 year career starting from her double platinum Grammy nominated debut album ‘Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol.1′ through her upcoming album ‘The Light Of The Sun’ out Summer 2010.

This tour is being produced nationally by Live Nation. Tickets go on sale in select cities at LiveNation.com

    I am so excited to Hear that they will Kick off their Tour Here in Cleveland. I was wondering are they giving out Back stage passes I will keep my ears open. I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY would Love to me them both I have no favorite. LOL Man it would be nice to do a colab with Jill LOL two (BTC’S) BEAUTIFUL THICK CHICKS rockin the stage. That would be my dream come true. we shall see.

    I was so excited to hear that both Jill Scott and Maxwell were coming to Cleveland, but when I saw the prices of the tickets! They are both very good but, come on now! I really wanted to take my best friend who is dealing with losing her mother a little while ago. Tricey and i have been friends since we were 4yrs. old, and she just loves Maxwell, and i know this would have made her day, but they have really made hard for me to make this happen for her.

    I agree with you REGINA247 about the prices. I even sent a tweet to Maxwell asking him what’s the deal with the high prices. I think they should have booked the concert at the State Theatre. I saw Maxwell there last summer. The prices then were reasonable.

    Well I want to take my sister to see Maxwell & Jill Scott but if the tickets are too high we might not go times are hard now, i want to go but we will have to see how the pockets look

    My fiance’ and I have been waiting and saving for this since we heard rumor of it last year. Is there a reason that the tickets are so pricey? I understand that this is like an ultimate panty dropper concert and Many Fans have been waiting but geez. It is so hard now a days.

    I burned my fingers to the bone dailing the phone these pass couple of Nights trying to call. I heard one night they are giving away chances for a Meet and Greet Man I wish That God would Bless me wo Be able to GO. yes I agree tickets are high and times are hard. With My luck I Wont be able to see them :( I would Be so Mad Till then I will Keep Trying to call and Stay locked on to the radio waiting on the Time they say call. LOL I want this SO BAD

    I have tried and tried and tried 2 get thru and I cant!!!! Ughhh wat do I have 2 do 2 get thru 2 c the favs that i luv the most. Maxwell I luv his c**back!! & Jill Scott will 4eva be my gurl!! I just wish that I can Get thru b4 its 2 late………….
