…Several New York gang members are in serious trouble as police are investigating three murders and have arrested 43 rival gang members based on evidence collected from monitoring what the gang members were saying about the cases on Twitter and Facebook, authorities said.

According to Reuters, the 25 accused members of the Wave Gang and 18 accused members of rival Hoodstarz have been terrorizing streets in Brooklyn with shootouts that led to the killing of three people and wounding of several others, New York Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said.

The gang members, ages 15 to 21, bragged about the shootings on the social media sites Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. The tension between the two crews began in August and apparently the gangsters never took firing classes as they missed  their intended targets and so far have killed an innocent bystander and wounded a 9-year-old boy and his dad.

Wave Gang members often robbed 13 and 14-year-olds by threatening to steal their bikes and electronics to intimidate them into joining their gangs, Hynes said. The 43 gang members were indicted on Thursday on charges including murder, assault, reckless endangerment, robbery and weapon possession, with potential sentences ranging from a year to life in prison.

Since their shooting game seems to be off point, I hope their knuckle game is a little sharper because the gladiator school where these idiots are going, they are going to need it.

Louisiana rapper C-Murder’s sentence was upheld yesterday in a Louisiana appeals court.

The rapper, whose real name is Corey Miller, is the brother of Percy Miller, also known as No Limit Forever founder Master P.

The three judge panel from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals denied Miller’s defense that he didn’t get a fair trial in the shooting of a teenager in 2002.

Seven years later, the jury convicted Miller of second degree murder in 2009 for killing the 16-year-old boy in a nightclub.

Miller claims the judge who carried out the trial allowed jurors to hear prejudicial and unsubstantiated testimony, and that witnesses were threatened.

In addition to the aforementioned claims, Miller says the prosecution intentionally eliminated Black people from the jury. All claims were denied.

According to ABC News, one of Miller’s attorneys didn’t immediately return phone calls.

Police Name Suspect In Slim Dunkin Murder

Thursday (December 22) marked the first breakthrough in the Murder of Brick Squad Rapper, Slim Dunkin, as police have identified a suspect.  Rapper Young Vito (28), has been identified in the murder of Dunkin, and has been advised to turn himself into custody.  Vito, whose real name is Vinson Hardimon, is currently at large and authorities suspect his safety is in jeopardy.

“We are urging Mr. Hardimon to turn himself in to authorities because we have reason to believe he may be in danger,” the release said.

Vito is known around Atlanta as the “Zone 6 Street Legend-turned-Rapper.”  While the description of Hardimon’s character may indicate his short control over his temper, by no means does it justify his behavior.

The breakthrough in the case came after Waka Flocka and Gucci Mane planned a very elaborate home-going celebration for Dunkin, whose real name is Mario Hamilton.  Two limos were going to transport Dunkin’s family, along with a “white horse-drawn carriage, massive white floral arrangements, and a white dove release ceremony.”  Dunkin and Flocka grew up together, so it’s only fitting that he’d want to see his childhood friend celebrated to the fullest extent.

Gucci and Flocka have also offered to pay for a bulk of the ceremony.   Police are seeking the public’s help in finding Young Vito and said calls can be made to Atlanta Crimestoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or contact the Atlanta Police Department’s homicide unit at 404-546-4235.

Doris Gillespie burned to death in the elevator Saturday, police said. Isaac was waiting for her when the elevator doors opened to the fifth floor of the apartment building in Prospect Heights. The man sprayed Gillespie with an accelerant and set her on fire with a Molotov cocktail, New York City police spokesman Paul Browne said. OMG!

Isaac is reportedly an unhappy handyman who was upset over a $2,000 unpaid bill.

The brutal attack happened shortly after 4 p.m., lasted about a minute and was recorded by two video cameras, including one inside the small elevator.

The video showed the elevator doors opening to the floor where Gillespie’s apartment was located and the assailant, Isaac, stepping in and spraying her, Browne said.

Gillespie, who had grocery bags in her arms, turned about 180 degrees and then crouched in an attempted to protect herself, he said. But the man sprayed her directly in the face and continued to spray her “sort of methodically” over her head and parts of her body as the bags draped off her arms. She turned around and retreated to the back of the elevator.

At some point, Browne said, the suspect then pulled out a barbeque-style lighter, used it to ignite a rag in a bottle and then waited for a few seconds before using the flames to set her afire, causing smoke to fill the elevator.

The man backed out as she fell to the floor of the elevator, Browne said, and seemed to pause before tossing the bottle inside the elevator and onto her. Browne would not comment on the motive in the killing, but said the suspect knew his victim.

Neighbors reported a fire in the building, unaware that the woman was burning to death in the elevator. Residents were evacuated from the six-story building for hours Saturday night.

Dunkin has appeared on a number of songs with Waka like “F–k the Club Up,” “Bang” and “Karma” all from Flocka’s 2010 debut Flockavelli.

Just five months ago, 20-year-old Slim and Waka Flocka Flame released their second joint mixtape, ‘Twin Towers 2.’ Dunkin was also featured on two tracks off Gucci and Waka’s ‘Ferrari Boyz’ LP, and he also performs on ‘F— You,’ on ‘BAYTL.’

According to reports Slim Dunkin got into an altercation  with an individual who pulled a gun and shot him in the chest. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The home of serial killer Anthony Sowell has been demolished.

The house was officially torn down by 9AM. A truck is now being brought to the site to haul away the debris.

51-year-old Sowell was sentenced to death for the murder of eleven women between June 2007 and September 2009.The victims’ remains were found inside and outside of Sowell’s Imperial Avenue home in Cleveland.

The city had been working through a legal process to make preparations for the demolition.

“It should have been down, long time ago,” said Lavon Williams. “Everything in there should be destroyed and sent to a landfill. I’ve seen people take stuff out of there last couple of weeks. I wouldn’t want none of it in my house.”

Relatives of victims were notified by hand delivered letter on Monday.

“In order to prevent actions that would be disrespectful to the memory of your loved one, your family and our community; the demolition will be performed in such a way that no piece of the property will remain.”

The property is owned by Sowell’s family, who will be billed for the demo work. If it’s not paid, a lien will be placed on the property.

As of now, Sowell’s execution date is set for October 29th, 2012.

Philadelphia Rapper Tommy Hill, of the R.A.M. Squad was shot and killed over the weekend.  Born John Wilson, Hill was shot sometime Late Thursday/Early Friday Morning, exiting Rueben’s Marc, a bar located on 8201 Stenton Ave.  Hill later died from his wounds.

 Robbery was believed to have been the motive, but Hill had an extensive criminal background, in addition to alleged Mob ties.  The Richard Allen Mob (R.A.M.), was known throughout the Philadelphia area, with albums like Operation Lock The City (1996), and Thee Album Regardless(1997).  Their major label debut came in 2001, with the album Random Access Money, on Universal Records.

 Hill attempted to make a comeback by taking aim at fellow Philadelphia MC, Beanie Sigel, but seemingly fell on deaf ears.  Hill was 36.

Hip-Hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has responded to controversial allegations that he ordered the hit of Tupac Shakur in September of 1996.

The shocking allegations are contained in a new book titled “Murder Rap,” which was written by former LAPD detective Greg Kading.

Kading wrote “Murder Rap” after spending three years heading up an elite unit that was formed to investigate the death of Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace, who was murdered in Los Angeles in March of 1997.

During the investigation, Kading claims that he elicited confessions from associates of Sean Combs and Marion “Suge” Knight, both of home are accused of hiring gunmen that would eventually kill each rapper.

Kading claims that Combs hired Southside Crip member Duane Keith “Keffe D.” Davis to kill Tupac, while Knight retaliated by hiring a man named Wardell “Poochie” Fouse to kill Biggie Smalls.

A confession from Keffe D. is on tape, while a former girlfriend of nights confessed to Kading to receiving money to hire a killer to murder Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace, on behalf of Knight.

In the taped confession, Davis claims Combs offer him $1 million to carry out the murders of Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight.

Tupac Shakur died from his gunshot wounds or September 13th, 1996, while Suge Knight suffered minor injuries.

Just six months later, Notorious B.I.G. was gunned down on March 9th, 1997, in front of the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.

In an exclusive statement to AllHipHop.com, Sean “Diddy” Combs denied any knowledge of the shooting.

“The story is pure fiction and completely ridiculous,” Sean “Diddy” Combs told AllHipHop.com.

An Italian jury found Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito not guilty killing and sexually assaulting her former roommate this afternoon.

Knox and co-defendant Raffaele Sollecito, Knox’s former boyfriend from Italy, had been accused of killing and sexually assaulting her roommate Meredith Kercher, a 21-year-old Briton who shared an apartment with Knox when they were both students in Perugia.

Both Knox and Sollecito were immediately released by the Italian court.

Knox had been sentenced to 26 years in prison, Sollecito to 25 when they were both convicted in 2009. They both had denied wrongdoing. An Italian appeals court had been re-examining the case to determine whether Knox and Sollecite committed the crimes.

Earlier today, Knox tearfully told an Italian appeals court earlier today she did not kill her British roommate, pleading for the jury to free her so she can return to the United States after four years behind bars. Moments later, the court began deliberations.

Knox frequently paused for breath and fought back tears as she spoke in Italian to the eight members of the jury in a packed courtroom, but managed to maintain her composure during the 10-minute address.

“I’ve lost a friend in the worst, most brutal, most inexplicable way possible,” she said of the 2007 murder of Kercher, who had been stabbed to death in her bedroom. “I’m paying with my life for things that I didn’t do.”

Amanda Rice Stevenson is the oldest person to ever be charged with murder in the state of Florida. Her nephew 53-year-old Johnny Rice was found dead on the floor of the home he shares with his 96 year old aunt in St Augustine, Florida.

Investigators say the 96 year old retired postal worker was beefing with her nephew and police had been called to the house several times in the past month.

Rice’s wife arrived home and initially thought her husband had suffered a heart attack when she saw him lying on the floor but found his body cold.

When police arrived, they found Rice dead inside and his aunt in a back bedroom. Cops say she confessed to shooting him in the chest with a .357 caliber handgun. Court records show that she has two previous arrests, one for arson in 1995 and another four years ago for writing a bad check.

Stevenson is being held without bond and taken into custody on a charge of wilful homicide.
