A film chronicling the tragic death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice is currently in the works. Samaria Rice, mother of the slain child, shares exclusive rights to the story along with Blue Angel Entertainment CEO, Korstiaan Vandiver and producer, Lionel Ntasano.
