VIDEO: Car Plows Through Store

WICKLIFFE, Ohio — A driver plowed through the front windows of a Dollar General store in Wickliffe Thursday, causing a big shake-up inside and nearly $10,000 in damage.

Authorities said that a senior citizen accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake pedal, making the car surge forward into the storefront.

A 46-year-old female customer suffered minor injuries during the incident but the driver was not injured.
