LOCAL NEWS: Man Steals Luggage, Baby Formula from a local Wal-Mart

PARMA, OH (WOIO) –

The Parma Police Department is currently seeking information on the whereabouts of Luis R. Santana.

Santana is wanted by the Parma Police Department and multiple other agencies for theft.

He committed these crimes at area Wal-Mart’s, in which he would steal a piece of luggage, then steal Similac baby formula and conceal it in the luggage.

There have been three separate incidents in Parma, which occurred on August 13, 2011, September 2, 2011 and September 7, 2011.
