During her arraignment at Brooklyn Criminal Court yesterday, Foxy Brown entered a plea of not guilty to violating an order of protection.

Foxy was arrested earlier this week after her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, claimed that Foxy yelled at and mooned her after an argument.

Raymond placed an order of protection on Foxy back in 2007 after the rapper hit her with a BlackBerry.

If convicted, Foxy faces up to 7 years in jail.

Meanwhile, a therapist who once treated Foxy says that she’s not surprised that Foxy has found herself in trouble again.

From the NY Daily News:

It doesn’t surprise me,” said the therapist, who requested anonymity. “She’s obviously got a lot of issues and needs ongoing help, and I hope she gets it.”The counselor said Brown has struggled to cope with a loss of hearing while trying to launch her comeback.

“I think she’s got a lot of frustration and a lot of sadness, and she’s trying to grab power where she can,” the therapist said.
