This baffoonery moment is all about Cudi! He showed up (some would argue that he was slightly blazed) at 106 n park. Apparently Cudi brought along a couple of people that he wanted on stage with him and BET wouldn’t allow his guests on stage. Chip tweeted about what really went down.

In his interview with Terrance and Ciara he proceeded to act a damn fool. It was pretty subtle, one word responses to questions and just turning the general focus from himself to the fans in the audience. At some point Terrance even says “are we on a hidden camera show?” even Ciara was confused, the entire segment was awkward to watch. It’s up in the air if Cudi was even high at all. What do you think? He proved to us that he’s a lot of things but a puppet? Not so much.

At the beginging of the month video footage was released of Cudi so wasted that he could hardly walk. (we call that a haute couture mess) Not too long ago Cudi had a very open interview with complex magazine in which he admitted he does use cocaine.

-“ I started doing cocaine to get through interviews, ’cause people wanted to know a lot about my personal life and I wasn’t prepared for a 60 Minutes interview every time. Doing bumps I was able to get through the day, but then I would smoke weed to calm me down… I was definitely high-fiving death a couple of times. Just for the record, it bugged me out that people said it was liquid cocaine. No, I’m just f—ing rich, and my blow comes in a jar. There was no liquid in it—that s–t makes no sense”- Kid Cudi (source)

Foolery aside he did use the negative press to his advantage. In his new album Man On the Moon II he exposes himself to the listener by uncovering the darkness behind his drug habit. Although the blog reviews of MOTMII have been mixed I loved it, but then again I’m biased so my opinion doesn’t count. Check out the documentary Journey of Mr Rager below!
