Siohvaughn Funches is left homeless after her and Dwayne Wade’s old $1.2 million Chicago mansion entered foreclosure. TMZ Sports retrieved legal documents that stated Wade stopped making the $225k mortgage payments on the home.
Back in 2007, the two got a divorce and Dwayne maintained full custody of their 2 kids.
Siohvaughn lives in the house alone and a financial settlement was reached last year, where she was granted the house along with a hefty payout.
Dwayne’s attorney claims he is no longer responsible for making the payments, but it is possible that Dwayne signed the mortgage papers initially.
