Eric Tutstone, 43, was indicted on Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District charged with Sex Trafficking of a Child.

Court documents obtained by FOX 8 News detail Tutstone’s alleged crime on December 7, 2010. That’s when he is accused of trying to sell a 16-year-old girl for three-hundred dollars to a madam inside the Starbucks on W. 6th Street.

The FBI said Tutstone entered the downtown coffee shop with two young women but exited the store with only one. They made an arrest on the sidewalk when the suspect was leaving. Authorities won’t say if he was trying to sell both girls, but according to the documents, the 16-year-old girl who was traded for money told the FBI, “When I saw Eric take the money, I knew that I had just been sold.
