Phaedra spoke with RadarOnline and revealed that she is writing her first book about all the things that define a southern belle (of course). She is touching on everything she considers fabulous from big hats and gloves to traditions of the past like high tea.
“I want to give my tips…It’s about being a southern belle and all the accoutrements that go with it,”
“It’s a modern day twist on etiquette and being a lady. And it’s alright for women to embrace their ladylike side.
The book is due to hit shelves late summer early fall.
Phaedra is also jumping behind the camera to produce 3 new reality shows that will center around empowering people and not the drama we’re used to seeing on reality shows.
“The first show is a docudrama and will take a group of women and empower them. The second show is more of a documentary that deals with serious issues of dating. And the third show is more fun and lighthearted focusing on alternative lifestyles.”
Now I can’t exactly tell if this break she’s taking means there will be absolutely no Phaedra on the next season of ATL Housewives but either way it’s about time someone else pulled a Shaunie O’Neal and went to where the real money is…behind the scenes executive producing.
