“Just interviewed Ciara and she admitted that she and Amare are indeed a couple. She was very shy about it and said, ‘you know I don’t talk about my personal life,’ but when I pushed she shook her head laughed and said yes they are a couple. She added that this is a very happy time in her life and that she is really enjoying herself! She and Amare were snapped at a party after the Met Gala last night.” (Dr. Jays)

And what does E! funnygal Chelsea Handler have to do with the budding romance? Ciara has recently begun seeing 28-year-old New York Knicks star Amar’e Stoudemire. “They’re keeping it on the DL, but they are dating,” a source tells us of the couple, who just recently took their friendship to the next level about a month ago. Last month, 50 downplayed a recent Twitter dispute with CiCi and called her a friend.
“[laughs] Like in everything else I mentioned, isn’t it always me being attacked first? I could care less about trying to attack someone or bring them down in any way. I look at those scenarios like they’re actually trying to attack me. See, even if I have to assume that US Weekly said what you say. I’m sure she didn’t say that. She’s a friend. She’s been a friend. You know? And it’s like, I don’t know what to expect of people. I’ve been surprised a lot. You think you know what to expect out of people but…. I don’t know how I respond to that without being the bad guy.” (VIBE)
