West Coast Rapper Jayo Felony was confronted by the Fox 11 news investigative team allegedly “Squatting” in an abandoned $1.6 Million foreclosed house in the Hollywood Hill, California.
According law enforcement officials, squatting is when houses go into foreclosure and people break into the homes and create illegal titles. They set up the utilities in their names and they live there until they are evicted. In other cases, the people take over the foreclosed houses and then rent them to unsuspecting victims.
Neighbors became irritated when they saw multiple people residing in the abadoned property, playing loud music and smoking marijuana. However, Jay and his girlfriend say they pay rent on the property.
