Oh it was a bitter battle to the end and it looks like Chris Brown’s neighbors are the victors.
The singer/dancer who was living in a condo in West Hollywood was indirectly, so we’re told, terrorizing his neighbors with high traffic in and out of his home, loud music at ungodly hours, and even friends parking in handicapped spaces.
According to TMZ, the neighbors are “ecstatic” to see him go, but Brown hasn’t sold the unit yet and his plans are unknown at this point.
