*When Chris Brown attended Rihanna’s birthday party in Beverly Hills earlier this week, he reportedly attempted to keep his presence a secret from the press by requesting all partygoers to sign confidentiality agreements, reports TMZ.

Sources say Brown initially refused to enter the building until everybody inside had signed the contract. According to the website, his assistants went into the party first and actually succeeded to accumulate a number of signatures, but insiders say not everybody agreed to sign.

Brown eventually walked into the bash and reportedly spent “a huge chunk of the night” cozying up to Rihanna. According to sources, the two got “real intimate,” sitting next to each other, chatting and holding hands – all now perfectly legal after Brown’s restraining order was lifted.

Other celebrities attending the party on Monday included Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and Chris Martin, though it is not clear whether any of them signed the confidentiality agreements.
