A young woman was rushed to the hospital after allegedly being given an illegal breast augmentation in a shady beauty salon. On the same day Carmel Foster, seen above, was arrested for illegally practicing medicine, one of her former employees shares the gory details about what went on inside the Queen Divas Salon. Peep the video below for the full interview.
“The needles were long and it would take a minute to put them up in the butt or the breast,” the employee recalled. “It takes three shots to make your butt lift and she would close it up with gauze and super glue. Sometimes if it was leaking she would use a whole tube of super glue for one wound.”
The former employee doesn’t want to be identified but said Foster performed dozens of procedures in the back room of the salon. “Sometimes they would bleed and blood would be dripping down,” the employee said. “She would stop that spot if it was bleeding too bad and she would put the super glue.” OMG!
The employee believed Foster was qualified to perform the procedure. “She said yeah I have my certificate I got it and she showed me this plaque and it was in a frame,” the employee said. “It looks legit.”
But police said the buttocks and breast enhancements Foster is accused of performing were illegal. Now the Food and Drug Administration is trying to determine what product Foster allegedly injected into her clients.
“The FDA has two agents on site with us that are helping us take samples of what we gathered at the business as well as what they gathered at the hospital to turn that into their lab,” Tyler Police officer Don Martin said.
Lab results are expected to take a week. Police said one of Foster’s clients remains hospitalized from complications from a breast enhancement procedure.
“I was supposed to get my hips and butt done and I’m so glad I didn’t do it,” Fosters former employee said adding that they are stunned his former boss is now in jail on a $200,000 bond accused of performing a procedure that was watched so many times.
Foster is in the Harrison County Jail awaiting transfer to the Smith County Jail. Investigators are following up on four victims that may also have had this procedure done on them by Foster.
Sheena Bradford was rushed to the emergency room after complaining of severe chest pain shortly after she underwent the procedure.
It is thought the 26-year-old had a chemical substance injected into her to try and make her breasts look larger.
Cops also revealed that she carried out a similar operation on Bradford’s 27 year old cousin Kenya Sheppard, seen below, two weeks ago.
Bradford is no longer being treated at the Good Shepherd Hospital in Longview but it is not clear if she’s still recovering or has suffered long term damage.
Foster’s clinic is the Queen Divas Salon in Tyler which is in a run-down looking converted home on a suburban street, seen below. Keidra Mitchell said she used to work there and that Foster could have been doing the injections for as long as two years.
This latest breast surgery scandal comes only months after a transsexual woman in Florida was accused of injecting customers with toxic chemicals that she promised would give them a larger butt. She was arrested after some of her patients were hospitalized.
Last year British student Claudia Aderotimi died after flying to Philadelphia for a ‘butt boos’ operation which she hoped would make her a hip hop star.
