But look a little closer, and these surveillance camera pics show this ‘woman’ is really a man. The cross-dressing man wore pink scrubs, a questionable wig and hooped earrings in a bid to disguise himself during a robbery, police said.
Police in St. Louis, Missouri are appealing for the public’s help in identifying the alleged robber after he demanded cash from the St. Louis Community Credit Union at 1.45 p.m. on Monday. The suspect, who appears to be in his mid- to late-20s, approached the teller with a note.
‘He implied he had a weapon but did not show it,’ Solari said. In addition to the short wavy wig and earrings, the man wore a white shirt, white athletic shoes, black-rimmed glasses and a brown leather jacket. He completed the look with a two-toned woman’s purse with a Coach-type design. Work it girl!
The robber, who was 5ft 6″ tall and around 160 pounds, left after taking an undisclosed amount of money.
