Magic Johnson Closes A Deal To Buy The LA Dodgers For $2.15 Billion!
Its finally official. Magic Johnson has become the first black owner of a Major League Baseball team.
Magic closed the blockbuster deal along with his investment group that includes MLB and NBA executive Stan Kasten, Peter Guber, head of Mandalay Entertainment, and Mark Walter, CEO of Guggenheim Partners.
The 2.15 billion price tag is reportedly the largest amount ever paid for a professional sports team.
