Congrat’s to the City of Cleveland’s only Olympian, Terrell Gausha! He graduated from Glenville in ’05, two-time USA Middleweight 165lb Champ, and reigning 2012 Continental Americas Champ. He is looking for donations to get his family to join him at the Olympics this year. Check out the details below:

His first boxing match in the London Olympic Games is 7 days away.

There is a fund raising effort and we want to get the African-American community involved more with it. The “Terrell Family Olympic Fund” covered Terrell’s training and expenses and now we are focused on making sure his mother is able to be in London for the duration of the Olympic Games (16 days) to watch her son capture the Gold Medal.

If we support Terrell it will inspire him. If he is inspired, he will shock the world, and inspire all of us!

Please reply so that I can share more details about contributions to the fund and also t-shirt sales.

Thank You,
Noel Salwan
(Former member of Glenville Recreation Center Boxing Team where Terrell started boxing at age 10 in 1997)
