This lady Freda Johnson got a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt and was mad as ever which we all would have been.
The problem is, she called 911 to complain.

Johnson, 50, of Boynton Beach, Fla., was arrested for misusing 911,
Johnson didn’t waste any time, according to authorities, making the 911 call as the officer was printing out the citation.
WPBF-TV reported that the 911 dispatcher who answered Johnson’s call told her ticketing officer, who then arrested her.
“You don’t call 911 just because you’re unhappy,”
the officer told Johnson in the call, which was obtained by the station.
“I called 911 because I was complaining,”
Johnson responded.
The Sun-Sentinel reported that Instead of just getting a ticket, Johnson was arrested and booked in the Palm Beach County Jail for the misuse of misuse of 911 and that is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year in jail,
