Katt Williams has done his good deed for the week. He gave an audience member $1,000 in cash after learning she needs a kidney transplant.

The comic had a show in Boston on Sunday when a member of his security noticed someone crying in the audience. The woman said they were “tears of joy;” this was the first time she had laughed since doctors told her she needed a new kidney.

Security brought the wheelchair-bound woman backstage to meet Katt, and he was so moved by the story, he disappeared for a second…then came back with a folded up piece of paper.

When the woman opened up the paper, she found ten $100 bills, and a note that said “God never leaves.”

Imagine those tears of joy!

TMZ spoke to the woman, who said it was an “awesome surprise,” because, at first, she thought the paper was full of weed.

Well damn. Can’t really blame her there, though.
