Odom is currently facing charges after being arrested for driving under the influence last month.
Odom did not show up to court and the judge rescheduled the arraignment for Oct. 10.
On August 30, the basketball star was seen swerving on a freeway in the San Fernando Valley in the wee hours of the morning in his Mercedes-Benz SUV. He was pulled over and arrested after police discovered he had been drinking.
He now faces a misdemeanor for a DUI as well as the allegation that he refused to take a chemical test. Odom was released on $15,000 bail.
Last Friday, there were reports that Odom didn’t celebrate his fourth anniversary with wife, Khloe Kardashian, who he has not been seen with in public for months now.
Odom played for the Los Angeles Clippers last season and has yet to sign with a team.
