Q-Tip and Busta actually offer verses, but Kanye and Wayne each drop some ad libs, with Wayne’s serving as a reminder that Busta is now part of Cash Money/Young Money. Busta’s E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) 2, the sequel to the 1998 classic, is due in 2014 on the label.
