It looks like Tyler Perry and pal Oprah Winfrey have been keeping a big secret up their sleeves! The dynamic duo appears to be working on a new self-titled talk show for the triple-threat filmmaker.
Perry revealed the big news in a Instagram post today. “Look what I’m working on,” he shared along with a photo of himself on the set of “Tyler, The Tyler Perry Show.”
“Coming on next Tuesday after ‘The Haves And The Have Nots,’ only on OWN,” he added.
We don’t know if this will be a one-time, weekly or daily show, but we do know Perry and Winfrey together is a winning formula. If you need proof, just check out OWN’s “Love Thy Neighbor,” “For Better or Worse” or “The Haves and the Have Nots,” which returned for its sophomore season last month with a record-breaking 2.8 million viewers.
