“Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada is well on her way to reclaiming her pre-baby body!
Evelyn let it be known that she would immediately be on a mission to lose weight as soon as she popped out her son Carl Leo Crawford Jr.
She’s already dropped 30 pounds of baby weight since popping out little Leo last month. The YouthH2O spokeswoman told ABC News that a big part of her weight loss is in her diet, “Lunch is fish and veggies with a lot of sweet potato.”
Evelyn also takes every opportunity she can to exercise and burn calories, but she’s finding it a little harder to snag time for a quick session.
“I also work out three to four times a week. I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule,” she explained, adding that she switches up her routine. “On the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training—which I love—and hiking.”
Although she admits that she’s still not where she wants to be, Evelyn’s acknowledged that her hard work is paying off, stating, “I’m proud of where I’m at so far; my body feels like it’s almost back to normal.”
