Arlen Escarpeta Cast As Bobby Brown in Lifetime’s Whitney Houson Biopic
Actor Arlen Escarpeta (“Final Destination 5,” “Friday the 13th” and “Star Trek Into Darkness”) has been cast as Bobby Brown in the Lifetime Original TV Movie about Whitney Houston. In case you missed it, Whitney’s family is against the production and think Whitney is too big of a star for a TV movie. Can’t say we don’t agree, but we have a feeling they wouldn’t be happy with that production either.
Yolonda Ross was cast to play Whitney’s friend Robyn Crawford in the film that will chronicle Bobby and Whitney’s high-profile relationship.
Lifetime sure is building a buzz around their upcoming releases. Anticipation for the “Aaliyah” biopic, starring Zendaya, is also high!
