Grammy-winning rapper T.I. is making headlines this week for reportedly being sued over a missing screen from last year’s “America’s Most Wanted” tour.
Details of the “King of the South’s” unexpected woe surfaced online Friday (August 15).
The centerpiece of the stage was an expensive screen — known as a roll drop — used to project video and photos. T.I. paid the rental fee but according to a new lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — when the concert was over the rapper didn’t return the roll drop. The rental company says its roll drop doesn’t come cheap — $50K. But the rental company wants twice that, arguing they could have made lots of money renting it out to other performers. (TMZ)
