Chris Brown was dealt a serious blow in his probation surrounding his 2009 assault case involving Rihanna. Breezy appeared before the judge for his progress report today where officials expressed concerns about him being present recently at 2 separate shooting incidents. TMZ is reporting the judge informed the “Loyal” singer his probation report contained several problems one being last Sunday’s shooting. Brown was performing in San Jose when shots rang out at the club, where five people were injured. The judge also had concerns over an earlier shooting last August at 1OAK during the MTV Video Music Awards weekend, where Brown hosted a pre-awards show party.While he was performing, an unknown gunman opened fire where several people were shot including former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight.

Knight was shot six time but made a full recovery from his injuries. The judge also was disturbed by Brown leaving Los Angeles county without getting the green light from the court to perform in San Jose. The move by Brown is a direct violation of his probation where officials have recommended he spend time in jail. Even though the R&B crooner wasn’t involved in both shootings, Brown’s probation officers claims every time he has an event or holds a performance someone gets injured. Ruh oh. Brown’s probation officer further states his past arrests while on probation is another reason why he should be sent to jail.

In 2013, Brown was charged with felony assault in Washington, D.C. over an incident where a fans wanted to take a picture, and a year later he was arrested after he threw a rock at his mother’s car while in rehab. Brown’s probation officer told the judge the singer was more interested in his career instead of rehabilitation and his community service, noting Brown has “a pattern of making choices that are counterproductive.” The judge will have a hearing to decide if Brown deliberately breached the terms of his probation on March 20.
