Delonte Thomas, a 20-year-old Minneapolis man, was sentenced to 333 months in prison for shooting partygoers who wouldn’t sing “Happy Birthday” to his girlfriend at someone else’s birthday party, New York Daily News reports.
Authorities say the shooting happened in 2014 after Thomas got angry at people at the party for singing “Happy Birthday” to the birthday girl who wasn’t his girlfriend, even though his girlfriend’s birthday was also on the same day…..
