Last week we reported that a Houston judge awarded singer Chris Brown 50/50 joint custody of his daughter Royalty. The child’s mother, Nia Guzman, wanted to deny Breezy all custodial rights and strict supervised visits. Ya honor wasn’t hearing it and ruled that Chris would take Royalty home today and would take her back and forth to Nia’s house every 4 days.
Now it looks like Chris is already in jeopardy of losing custody of his precious daughter if he’s busted doing on of his favorite pastimes. According to TMZ Nia’s lawyers demanded that Breezy submit hair and urine samples for drug tests, and the judge even forced the singer to piss in a cup that day in court!
The judge didn’t specify what he would do if the tests came back positive for drugs but we assume a parent would be seen as unfit for having yayo or kush in their system the day of a custody hearing.
Nia Guzman’s lawyers are also adding the stipulations that she has to be present when Breezy has physical custody of his 1-year-old and in just 12 days Chris and Nia must go into mediation to hopefully agree on a long-term custody and support agreement.
