Rick Ross has been taken off house arrest, according to TMZ.
Back on June 24, Rozay was arrested for allegedly pistol-whipping Jonathan Zamudio, a landscaper commissioned to work on Ross’ property in Fayette County, Georgia. The assault reportedly knocked out two of Zamudio’s teeth and caused injuries to both his neck and jaw. The rapper was later charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and kidnapping.
However, this past Friday (October 30), a judge ruled that Rozay’s home confinement wasn’t required as the alleged victim doesn’t live near him. The Maybach Music Group frontman has since been taken off house arrest and ordered to avoid entering his alleged victim’s area of residence. It’s also reported that Ross must notify the appropriate officials before leaving the state of Georgia.
