A Georgia judge has threw an $80,000 default judgment on Yung Joc for ignoring a jewelry store’s lawsuit that claims that he never paid them.

Aydin & Company sued Joc in August after they said he broke their 2009 agreement to pay $17,500 plus interest for a 24-carat diamond bracelet and a men’s diamond ring.

The company said Joc , born Jasiel Robinson – got the ice,and did not pay! After refusing to respond to the company lawsuit. Aydin & Company said in court papers that he now owes them $72,819 including 12 percent annual interest, plus $7,082 in lawyer’s fees.

There have been no comments from Joc. zBut on Nov. 16, a Fulton County Superior Court judge issued a default order against Joc for the money owed plus lawyer’s fees and interest.

“The next thing we’ll do is take the necessary steps to enforce the judgment,” Aydin & Company’s lawyer Shelitha Renee Robertson said. This is a prime example of Justice
