The city of Flint, MI is in the midst of a severe water crisis. Over 90,000 citizens have been exposed containing a toxic waste levels 10 times higher than the EPA limit. President Obama has declared a federal stage of emergency. As the state of Michigan begins its investigation, one out-of-towner is doing his part to assist the recovery process: Meek Mill.
According to TMZ, Meek has followed through on his promise to donate $50k to Flint. His money went to the Flint Child and Family Health Development, an organization working to combat the effects of lead poisoning caused by the toxic water.
